Pecans were stale, some fresh on top and old on the bottom. Sent numerous emails to this company, all of them were ignored Filed a dispute with my credit card, then this company sent me an email they were sorry, and will send me a refund, it has been almost two month, never received a refund from this company. They do not even have a phone number on their site! My credit card company gave me a refund. Really unpleasant experience!February 11, 2017
