  This is one of our go-to places when we are driving to or from Florida. During peach season, you can watch the sorting and packing process where they box up the fresh peaches. They have great food at the restaurant. The family has always enjoyed whatever we ordered. We especially love the peach shakes, peach ice cream, and peach cobbler. They also have other flavors, if you aren't a peach fan. There is a play area for the kids to burn off energy. It's a few miles off the the highway and well worth the drive!

  Lanes is also our must stop on our way to and from FL. Their peaches never make it out of the state of Georgia. You better have some paper towels or your getting peach juice on your car seats. The roasted cinnamon pecans are amazing. Going to make a stop on our way through in March and get a case of those pecans for our daughters wedding and maybe some cobbler for the road. We always order on their website the wife loves the peach salsa.
